How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 7-20 business days for your package(s) to arrive.

Can I track my order? 

Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your item in accordance with our return policy once it has been delivered to you.

Will my order arrive all in one package?

We use a variety of suppliers so if you have multiple items in your order, they may arrive in different packages, and at different times.
